From creative and artistic workshops to boardroom meetings, seminars and corporate events, Newstead Studios offers a unique configuration of spaces, as well as AV, furniture and on-the-ground support, to ensure your event is one your guests will remember.

All our spaces are air-conditioned with high-speed wifi and SONOS sound system.

Our onsite cafe, Sunroom, offers delicious catering and you’ll have barista-made coffees on tap at the cafe Monday-Saturday.

The Arch Room

Just 3km from the Brisbane CBD the Arch Room provides a premium, and private, boardroom space for meetings, workshops and presentations for up to 20 people.

Studio

Our Level 1 Studio provides a striking setting for any workshop or event, with 6m high ceilings, exposed beams, sky lights and rustic timber floor boards. A stunning New York loft-style feature window forms the backdrop to an adjoining lounge area.

The large open studio space is the ideal blank canvas for creative workshops or larger workshops and seminars, with ample room for seating, staging, AV and styling. The huge white walls provide a high impact backdrop for projected images.

Gallery

With polished concrete floors, crisp white walls and beautiful natural light, our ground level Gallery offers a premium space for smaller workshops and seminars. The Gallery spills on to an indoor/outdoor Garden Terrace with ivy creepers, lush oversized pot plants and designer outdoor furniture – the ideal break out space to regroup.

Workshops and seminars in the Gallery are available evenings and weekends only – where you will have full and exclusive use of our ground floor space.
